I am very frustrated with the on line buying system. You make it impossible to order my son a San Hose toys for Christmas.  It is bad enough that all the stores in this regein carry only Toronto and other Canadian team products. I have gone to every hockey store in the London area to find him a hat and shirts but no one carries any toys or kids hats. I have asked the store owners they have all said it is your distribution system that does not allow me to get any thing San Hose. So I go on line and find some really nice shirts and hoodies but no stuffed San Hose. I had the shirts, hat and hoody on my shopping cart hoping to find a stufftie and or a car the web site is as bad as the stores. I did not buy the stuff in my cart because I wanted the toys more so. So the NHL just lost a miner deal. I have just got on line a few months ago so it took me quite a while to get no were. My son s the NHL and most of all the San Hose sharks but he is getting frustrated the system  that allows you only to be fans of the Canadian teams I hope you see a bunch of these type of Emails so you will change your shipping policies. Heck I even offered to pay for shipping fees for a child's baseball cap (San Hose) at the stores and was they can not get it in. That to me is a really strict way to run a business in to the ground. If you did not have such a great Game to follow I am sure you would not survive. I am still looking for a Kids hat and some form of stuffed animal with San Hose on it. and maybe some other San Hose stuff for my five year old son.  Thank you for this outlet!
