But only one can truly be called a King, and that is Luc Robitaille. We spend most of the podcast exulting about No. 20's accomplishments and what he means to us. We are also joined by one of Luc's former teammates and one of Jesse's Top Three Favorite Players of All Time: Bob Kudelski. Bob was nice enough to come on and talk about his time with the Kings, Luc and his career. Did you know Bob shares a rare NHL record? Listen in and find out. Posts: 7 11/16/09 14:34:31	You and your buddy ought to take off the red rubber noses and rethink your obtuse statement, which is oviously corrupted by your distorted obsession with Luc. What a slight to Marcel Dionne who was only 5' 8" and has 1771 points compared to Robitaille's 1394. And he had 1213 points in 12 season's wth the Kings compared to Luc's 1202 in 14 seasons. He was also Luc's Mentor. There's only one King and that's Marcel Dionne.

Dionne is a great King, no doubt about it, but Robitaille never called the bluff of the organization, then force a trade out of town. I like Dionne, but that weak-ass attempt of a power play against management was among many reasons why No. 16 and the Kings were estranged for so long. (Granted, the Kings management were a bunch of tools as well.) Not that I don't fault him. The Kings management was completed jacked up back then. I attempted to do a poll of Kings fans for who actually is considered to be the King of Kings. Then realized that too much time has passed for fans to weigh the options properly. (i.e.: More fans have watched Luc and Marcel). It's like trying to decide who's a greater Laker center: Kareem or Shaq.
