Some say whipped cream is God’s greatest gift to Earth, and some say Zach Parise is God’s greatest gift to Earth. I say we put the two together and thank God for his wonderful gifts! I’m Sarra. I eat, sleep, and breathe hockey. As long as there are sticks, pucks, and skates, you’ll find me watching it. I’m your typical loud-mouthed, judgmental, hot-headed hockey fan. More importantly, the Devils complete me. I would give my heart and soul to the team if I could. And if they love me back, they’ll win the cup for me when I graduate from high school in 2010. I wouldn’t be caught dead wearing royal blue, for obvious reasons. One unexpected perk: my second favorite hockey player is a Flyer. But my love for him doesn’t come close to my love for the 24 boys in red, white, and black. The upcoming 08-09 season will be my first as a full season ticket holder for the Devils. I love being at the Rock. The energy that fills the building during games is incredible. It is truly the most amazing expirience a person can undergo. I bleed red, like a normal human being. But there’s some black and white thrown in too because, let’s face it, hockey fans aren’t normal human beings. Oh, and try not to underestimate my knowledge of the game, the team, and the league just because I’m a girl. Which also means my username is wrong. Haha it should be mrsx9PARISE.
