So the journey out West begins tomorrow for the Penguins ..


Wednesday they’ll start it off in Edmonton to take on the Oliers.
Then Thursday it’s off to Calgary to play the Flames.
And then finally on Saturday they’ll be stopping in my town, Vancouver, to take on the Canucks.


This is so exciting for us fans out here on the West. We haven’t gotten the privilege of seeing all the young stars on the Penguins roster up close and we finally get that chance this week.


This will also be the first time ever for Sidney Crosby and Evgeni M alkin to visit out here and I bet they’re excited as well.


Sadly though I’m unable to attend the Canucks-Penguins game .. I think it was like impossible to get tickets for this game. Well my brother who lives in Calgary isn’t so unlucky .. he has tickets for the Flames-Penguins game. err how I envy him right now .. but he told me he’ll take lots of pictures and stuff for mee.


Well on route we go ..
Oh and the title, I ahh kinda stole it from Sportsnet Connected .. they have this whole thing going on where they will be following the Pens trip across the West, and I thought the title was cutee ..


First Game: Pens vs. Oilers [W 4-2]
Second Game: Pens vs. Flames [W 3-2] SO
Final Game: Pens vs. Canucks [W 2-1] SO


Well that ends the West coast trip.
