Wings Continue Winning Ways

The machine that is the Detroit Red Wings continues to steam roll ahead. Now I may be getting ahead of myself but the Stars I feel must win game 2. The way the Wings have been playing, Dallas cannot afford to go down 2-0 in this series, even if they are heading back to AAC. Now the this is the first time the Stars have been down in a series, it will be interesting to see what will follow.
The Wings, well just keep playing this way and they will be fine, really the Wings are making this look easy, and Ozzie has not lost a game in the post season yet.
In regards to tonites game I want to see Philly beat the Pens, not sure why, because I like both players on each team, but I would like to see Philly advance. I am sure the league wants the Pens in to further promote Crosby, and it would be good, but I like Philly.

I do think game 2 is a “must win” for the Stars. They missed their opportunity to catch the Wings after a long layoff. As if any playoff game isn’t a “must win” game, but I’d say if the Stars want to hang around they’ll need this game. Their strength in the previous couple series was getting in early with wins. They’ll need to do that to survive here. Philly has it tough w/o Timmonen. If he were in the lineup I’d favor them. With him out I lean the other way.
