Man I was about to start checking the back of the milk cartons. Yeah its been a busy summer for a lot of people but I’m pretty much back on Connect at least once a day. I’m still trying to workout for the police dept but the only thing I’ve been doing is running which is good cause I’ve gotten down to 195 but I really need to step up with the weights. Third shift is making me metal I usually sleep throughout the day until work but never six hours together three here, three there. You asked about what happened to my friend before and its to long for a comment but lets just say selfishness I’ve barely talked to him since my wedding and that was in October. My wife and I are going to the shore the weekend of our anniversary and you guessed its also the Flyers season opener but she’s cool we’ll head up to a bar to watch the game. Well theres a couple of random thought to fill you in hpe to hear from you soon.
