Chicago Blackhawk Fan since 1966 when my dad and I would play table hockey after dinner while watching the Hawks playing Montreal on WGN TV CH.9 with Lloyd ” A Shot and A Goal” Pettit calling the games.I should say those Hated Canadiens who kept us from from winning Stanley Cups in 65,71,and 73. I attended my 1st Hawk game in December of 1970 when the Big Bad Bruins cames to town. There has never been a more loud and exciting event then a Hawk game in the Old Chicago Stadium.It was Magic.Used to pay 4 bucks to stand in the 2nd Balcony when I couldn’t get a seat. Like I said “Magic”

thank u 4 ur ever so kind words it was/is most greatly appreciated … THANK U !!! sigh though it still hurts like crazy i guess it’s time 2 move on . that being said here’s who i’m rooting 4 now .

i really really really strongly dislike both teams 4 obvious reasons but i guess i’ll go with the wings .
it’s the lesser of 2 evils plus i like that old guy chelios and ex-shark stuart . go wings … sorry dallas !

i would like 2 root 4 the flyers but i hold a “HUGE” grudge towards bobby clarke . WHY ??? i’m a lindros fan nuff said … sorry philly ! that leaves me with the pens who i don’t like or dislike 1 way or the other . so i guess i’m rooting 4 the pens 2 win it all although if gagne returns i’m gonna go with my boy and the flyers .
in the end i just hope 4 some amazing hockey and not 2 many bleep calls . who r u rooting 4 ?

What a game against the Kings!!! They did pretty good in the 2nd and what an awful 3rd period. Great they scored in OT and got 2 points, it would be a shame to lose to the Kings…again. Let’s hope the Blackhawks will do better against the Ducks. Go Hawks!!!

9 Times a charm
Well we finally beat the wild after 9 times. The bulin wall got his first shutout of the season. Lots of home games in march. Will see what happens.

Blackhawks
How about 7-2 victory over Columbus and 6-1 over Nashville? And that wraparound goal by Toews – what a beauty! The Hawks are 13-3 in the last two games—WoW!!! Hopefully we can make it three in a row for the rematch against Colorado. Go Hawks!!!
