thank u 4 ur ever so kind words it was/is most greatly appreciated … THANK U !!! sigh though it still hurts like crazy i guess it’s time 2 move on . that being said here’s who i’m rooting 4 now .
WEST
i really really really strongly dislike both teams 4 obvious reasons but i guess i’ll go with the wings .
it’s the lesser of 2 evils plus i like that old guy chelios and ex-shark stuart . go wings … sorry dallas !
EAST
i would like 2 root 4 the flyers but i hold a “HUGE” grudge towards bobby clarke . WHY ??? i’m a lindros fan nuff said … sorry philly ! that leaves me with the pens who i don’t like or dislike 1 way or the other . so i guess i’m rooting 4 the pens 2 win it all although if gagne returns i’m gonna go with my boy and the flyers .
in the end i just hope 4 some amazing hockey and not 2 many bleep calls . good luck 2 ur team

I wanted to turn away, but then I would always regret not watching if it does turn out to be the last time I see Sakic and Forsberg in Avs sweaters . . . personally I’m hoping they BOTH come back for at least one more full season with the Avs. They deserve to go out with a bang and a huge send off from the fans, not a whimper and a sigh. Then we fans can raise their jersies to the top of the Can to sit among glory along side #33 and #77. (and hopefully they’ll both continue to be involved with the organization in some way, scouting, coaching, front office) . . . For now I’m still rooting for the Stars, and you know I’m rootin’ for my boys in black and gold! I got my Crosby shirt in the mail earlier this week, so I’m all set! Go Stars! Go Pens! (Always and Forever – GO AVALANCHE!)

so the comeback of all comebacks continues … in freakin dramatic fashion . HOLY SHlT !!! wow what a game , down 2 goals headed into the 3rd my teal boys tie it up and go 2 OT . pavelski scores the game winner just 1:05 into OT , thank u little joe ! the tank was absolutely eletrifying last last 1 of the best crowds ever . it’s a good thing we don’t talk here we just type cuz my voice is completely gone again . hope i get it back by sunday just in time for game 6 cuz wooohooo i’m going 2 dallas . as always BELIEVE IN THE TEAL and GO SHARKS !!! (i love my teal boys)

this thing is far from over, regardless of what deluded Wings fans would like to believe . . . I believe the Avs will win at home, and I’m hopeful that Forsberg and Hannan will be back for game 3.
