Being a Calgary Flames fan in Chicago has its challenges, especially now that the Blackhawks have joined the 21st century and are finally figuring out that an exciting NHL team can write its own ticket in this town. It will be nice going to the United Center this season to see some exciting hockey games, not just the opposition blowing out the Hawks! I’m the world’s biggest Doug Gilmour fan, but I follow players like Dion Phaneuf, Jarome Iginla and Jonathan Toews as well. Looking forward to the upcoming season! Good luck to all of your teams.
