though tonight they put up less of a fight than my ailing Avs managed in game 1, what’s the Stars excuse?? They’d better get it together or I’m giving up on the Western conference for this year . . .

for the comment on my blog . . . now doubt about it, the Avs made a classy, if all too early exit from the playoffs this year. I think anyone who knows hockey respects them all the more now because of it, even if they aren’t fans.
