Let me say one thing first of all, that 5-on-3 penalty? That wasn’t a penalty. That was Sidney Crosby getting the benefit of the doubt for a weak, weak powerplay that could’ve shifted the entire game, the entire series, the entire 2008 season. …more
Let me the first to say that Detroit is more deeper and more talented team but the Pens have more heart. Anyway I guess the Motown fans are crying about the officiating now, the officiating this whole series has been consistent, consistently bad. Also did Sykora not just rip you guys heart out? Fluery has been just awesome if it wasn’t for him the Pens lose game 5. Also the refs have missed many interference calls on Detroit don’t tell me the officiating is so one sided, also what is Detroit’s powerplay like 2-27 in the series. I just wished the Detroit fans for the most part would quit acting there poop don’t stink and just enjoy the series. The Pens showed heart in game 5 and you can’t deny that. Will be a great game 6 no matter who wins. GO PENS
OK kiiminka there has to be something in the water out there you are down 3-1 and you still think that you are going to see the cup ROFLMAO that is the funniest thing I have heard come out of pitts.. And even funner yet you think you are going to keep that team together,“what are you smoking.” Hossa gets paid how much ??? and you need to resign who and how much are they going to want, knowing we went to the SCF they are going to want even more LMAO so please share that little bit of dream land with the rest of us LMAOTHIS idiot sounds almost a stupid as the Pens coach “Well my team can’t keep up with the wings so that means they are cheating… They take are power play away so that means they are diving…” ROFLMAO Got to be something in the water out there cause from where I am sitting the wings are just that much better and are out playing the Pens that much more.. OH well have fun in that fantasy world you are in. I stay here and watch the REDWINGS get there 4th cup in 12 years… ""GO WINGS 08""
the four idiots in a room in toronto, led by looser betteman have the refs in a tissel and have been told to call anything against detroit so they can drag out the expected end result. The pens are upcomong, but nobody is in detroits league and their perfection of the game is what all the other 29 loosing teams dream to be. My question is why penalize what they are all striving for. Answer-NHL brass are brass doorknobs.

So Game 3, what? It was unbelievable! And it went exactly like I thought. The Penguins, the first two games they were out of their element, and it may have been the nerves or the Detroit crowd, because it’s a pretty intense building from all I’ve heard. Not being at home to start the series was a change, and they just didn’t look comfortable. …more
