Bad Omens
My dog, who has a reputation for ripping apart stuffed animals, he once ripped the innards out of a Calgary Flames Beanie, a gift from some sassy Albertan and oops it accidently was used as a fetch toy and the hound feasted! Torn to ribbons! That year the Flames fizzled. ...more

Let me say one thing first of all, that 5-on-3 penalty? That wasn’t a penalty. That was Sidney Crosby getting the benefit of the doubt for a weak, weak powerplay that could’ve shifted the entire game, the entire series, the entire 2008 season. ...more

So Game 3, what? It was unbelievable! And it went exactly like I thought. The Penguins, the first two games they were out of their element, and it may have been the nerves or the Detroit crowd, because it’s a pretty intense building from all I’ve heard. Not being at home to start the series was a change, and they just didn’t look comfortable. ...more
