I’ve been a rabid hockey fan for about eight years now, and I don’t really get to meet a whole lot of other hockey fans. My family has always been fans of the Philadelphia Flyers for as long as I can remember, but I didn’t start getting into the game until the playoff run of 2000, the run in which any Flyers fan would tell you was THEIR YEAR. How they could’ve blown that lead in the Eastern Conference finals is beyond me, but from that moment in time, I was completely hooked. I already couldn’t wait until the next season, and when it came, I never looked back. Now I’m so into the sport itself I will watch every single game if it’s at all possible, on Versus or wherever they’re showing hockey. I’m depressed because I don’t live in PA anymore, so I can’t watch the Flyers play on a regular basis, but that doesn’t stop me from watching the local team (the Tampa Bay Lightning) every time they’re on, or like I said, Monday and Tuesday nights on Versus, simply because it’s hockey. I love the sport itself; it’s the best form of entertainment on our planet. I wish I could afford satellite or whatever would allow me to watch my Fly-guys, because I really, really miss watching them play, but I will always and forever be a diehard Philadelphia fan. I’m still rooting them on, even from a thousand miles away.

PHILADELPHIA FLYERS!!!! I also like the Tampa Bay Lightning, and mostly all of the western conference, with the exception of Detroit. In the AHL, it’s the Philadelphia Phantoms, of course. In other sports, it’s the Baltimore Ravens, and the Philadelphia Phillies.
Favorite Players:
My favorite player of all time is Mike Richards. I also like Simon Gagne, Scottie Upshall, Jeff Carter, John LeClair, Keith Primeau, Joffrey Lupul, R.J. Umberger, (okay, pretty much most of the orange and black throughout the years I’ve been watching), Mike Fisher, Scott Hannon, Rick DiPietro, Ryan Miller, Joe Thornton, Mike Modano, Jeremy Roenick, Vinny Lecavalier, Brad Richards, Shane O’Brien, Ryan Getzlaf, Mats Sundin, and Ruslan Fedotenko.
Music:
Breaking Benjamin, Metallica, Fear Factory, Shinedown, Revis, Daughtry, Seether, 3 Days Grace, Matchbox Twenty in the rock category. Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, Shania Twain, Clay Aiken, and Kenny G to name a few others in other categories. But music is one of my passions, so I can pretty much listen to anything.
Books:
mystery/suspense romance novels. historical romance novels. anything by Nora Roberts
Movies:
Star Wars Episodes I-VI, Lord of the Rings trilogy, Spiderman trilogy, Indiana Jones, most Disney movies (old and modern), Dodgeball, Rat Race, Without a Paddle, Titanic, Miracle, Count of Monte Cristo, The Cutting Edge, Jim Carrey movies. I LOVE to watch movies, so I’m not very picky, but those are probably my faves.
Other interests:
I’m an avid outdoors person, I love to hike, walk, go camping, go out on a boat, or go to the beach. I love to listen to music and watch movies. I also LOVE to travel. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my family, though. I have a huge immediate family and my siblings and parents are my best friends.

I know that video is pretty juvenile and what’s worse is, I LMFAO when I watch it .. yeah even after three times, it leaves me in stitches lol I guess I’ll never be older than twelve years old in my mind

I see! You’re talking about Andy. Yes, I think he lives in Aurora, which is probably about 30-40 minutes from Westminster. Wendy actually only lives down the street from me. So, are you really coming to CO for the Avalanche vs Flyers game? And no worries, you don’t scare me! You don’t look mean, so we’ll keep things fun and friendly, ok? As for the recent drama on here, I plan on giving Wendy % the next time I see her! hahaha BTW, I didn't go look at the pics in question, because seriously, by the sound of them, they would probably % me off, too, being as I am a Pens fan. I realize they were were just a joke, but it’s probable best for me to stay “in the dark” on this one!
