Grew up with an ECHL team in our town, love watching the game. Have a special love for Detroit because they’re a class act and a really talented, phenomenal team. (I know, that can be said of a lot of teams but what can I say, I’m a Motown Wingnut!)

Almost everything except country.
Books:
thrillers, mysteries, well-written stuff that makes me think AND feel.
Movies:
I’m way behind in the movie-watching department for a lot of reasons.
Other interests:
Had a soft spot for Konstantinov anyway that only intensified when, later that same year, my brother was also brain-injured, by a drunk driver. His short-term memory is gone, and I like combining two loves in one by taking him for rides in the countryside where we grew up, in our grandfather’s ‘64 El Camino.

You are absolutely right! I guess it really does come down to where you are from, I guess alot of ppl from western Canada must have a type of “accent” I just assumed that was mainly ppl from Newfoundland and the east coast lol. I love Americans for the most part they are all such fun loving, very welcoming ppl and I would hope from your own experiences that you guys feel the same way about us. I will admitt I enjoy a southern accent, it is hard not to smile when you hear it. And just off the record incase you didn’t see the original comment I posted I was only trying to make a point about stereotypes lol I don’t want anyone to get the wrong idea or anything
