I am a recent fan and this past season has absolutely floored me! I am a DEVOTED Sharks fan, and it seems (lately anyway) that I live, eat, breathe and sleep HOCKEY…I am a California transplant from Long Island however I never got into hockey in NY…which is only natural being as I don’t come from a “sports fanatic” family at all…I was raised to know everything I could about cars and trucks. I love motor sports and ride dirt bikes, but I got bit by the bug at my very first Sharks game in January…now Hockey is my absolute obsession. I truly can’t get enough of the Shark Tank and I absolutely love going to support my boys. I’ve blown off friends, family engagements and work just to be able to scream my head off at HP. I have realized that this is the very best sport in the world and we’ve got the best team right here in San Jose. I’ve also come to realize that there are no other fans quite like Hockey fans…and I am proud to be one of them.

Sharks of course… Also, the Montreal Canadiens (like right up there with the Sharks), the Minnesota Wild, the Dallas Stars, the Washington Capitals and the Rangers. I’ve pretty much got respect for every team…except the punk-ass ones…I’m sure I don’t have to name names… And NO I don’t like ANY other sports, I’m 100% Hockey girl.

My non-Sharkies would be Mike Komisarek & Chris Higgins because not only are they awesome but they’re fellow Long Islanders. OTHER THAN HOCKEY? Okay, lol..I love to ride my dirt bike (Honda CRF 100F) although I haven’t been in a while…I also love going to the pistol range and shooting single action 22 or 45…I can kick anyone’s ass at Guitar Hero…I absolutely suck at NHL ‘08…I love to read, I love to write, and I enjoy being freaking awesome.
