Description:

I’m 5’3”, and between 115 and 125. I’m strong for my size, but I’m not made of muscle, though I have started working out. My favorite player of all time is Mario Lemieux, who I know is a really nice guy because not many people would let such a SMOKIN’ HOT HOCKEY MACHINE like my second-favorite active athlete, Sidney Crosby, live with him and his multiple teenage daughters!(Sid’s my second-favorite active because Colby Armstrong’s my favorite!) I enjoy baking, hand painting, spray painting, pick-up basketball, and going on youth group field trips. My parents’ first date was the Pens/Caps game on April 25, 1991, so I believe I owe my life to the Pittsburgh Penguins, especially Mario Lemieux! I want to play hockey and softball in college and be the first woman to lead her team to the Stanley Cup. What can I say? Dreaming big is one of my trademarks! I’m sort of a rarity when it comes to hockey. I mean, not many girls want to play hockey, let alone hold the Cup for herself; the smallest NHL player I know of is Alex Goligoski, who’s 5’11”, 180l.b., and I just said how small I am; most hockey players whose profiles I’ve looked at have left-handed sticks, while I’m comfortable right-handed; from what I can remember I can’t skate very well(then again, I fell and hit my head on the wall pretty hard once—maybe THAT’S why I can’t remember!); and not many people I know like hockey, so there’s no one for me to practice with. And, though he held a major roll in helping my team to two Stanley Cups victories, I HATE JAROMIR JAGR!!!

Atlanta Thrashers, Pittsburgh Penguins, Redbank Valley High School Bulldogs Football, Boston College Eagles hockey, Miami Dolphins!, Pittsburgh Steelers, Denver Broncos, Boston Red Sox, Buffalo Sabres, San Jose Sharks, Carolina Hurricanes, Michigan State Spartans Boys’ Hockey Team(even though I don’t get their games here in Pennsylvania!). Devils, Flyers, Rangers, Red Wings, and Capitals, you ask? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!

Manon Rheaume is my hero! #66 Mario Lemieux “C”, #35 Tom Barasso, #77 Paul Coffey(best defenseman to ever live!!!), #20-#19 Colby Armstrong, #87 Sidney Crosby “C”, #12 Ryan Malone “A”, #71 Evgeni Malkin, #35 Ty Conklin(He’s SOOOO awesome. I hereby elect him Goalie Hottie 2008!), #58 Kris Letang, #11 Jordan Staal, #27 Georges Laraque, #37 Jarkko Ruutu, #17 Petr Sykora, #38 Jeff Taffe, #41 Nathan Smith(his birthday is the same as my friend Andy Gundlach’s!), #25 Maxime Talbot, #20-#19 Colby Armstrong, #44 Brooks Orpik, and all the rest of the Penguins throughout NHL history(except Jaromir Jagr!) Marian Hossa’s starting to warm up now, but if it wasn’t for him I’d still have my Army!!! Oh, and did I mention that I like #20-#19 Colby Armstrong?! Steve Yzerman, Brian Campbell, Jason Pominville, Cristobal Huet(don’t know why, so don’t ask!), Roberto Romano, Martin Brodeur(I know, I have mentioned to some of you that I hate him, but Jealousy is its own opposite!), Ryan Miller, Jocelyn Thibault, basically goalies in general(except Henrik Lundqvist!!!). I love all the Atlanta Thrashers, too!!! Bobby Holik, Ken Klee, Johan Hedberg(of course I like the Moose, who wouldn’t?), Joel Kwiatkowski, Chris Thorburn, Tobias Enstrom, Mark Recchi, all of ‘em!!! One of the girls that goes to my youth group likes the Penguins but thinks Alexander Ovechkin’s cute; she’s nuts! Sidney Crosby’s the cute one!! Ovechkin looks like…no, Sidney’s butt looks good, too! Colby Armstrong’s TOTALLY ADORABLE, too!!! Oh, and thank you, Nexspectovos, for reminding me about Bobby Orr. What’s wrong with me?! I FORGOT BOBBY ORR?!

My favorite songs are Rob Thomas “Street Corner Symphony”, Matchbox Twenty “3 A.M.”, 3 Doors Down “It’s Not My Time”, 3 Doors Down “Here Without You”, Three Days Grace “Pain”, and “Strength Will Rise(The Everlasting God)”. I like all kinds of music: classic rock, country western, soft rock, rock, hip-hop, and most importantly Christian rock. If I went through and listed all my favorites, then I wouldn’t have an NHL Connect profile, I’d have an NHL Connect novel!

Books:

Bible, any Sherlock Holmes book, 2007-08 Pittsburgh Peguins season ticket holder book(my dad got it from his buddy Lester), Casino Royale, Dr. No, I don’t read much, actually. I read most of these books when I was in Middle School.

Movies:

My MySpace page used to be Transformers themed ‘cause that’s my favorite movie. Mel Brooks movies, The Longest Yard w/Adam Sandler, Wayne’s World, the first three Indiana Jones movies (at least), Cars, National Treasure 1&2, Casino Royale, Dumb and Dumber(well, actually, any Jim Carrey movie that doesn’t cross the border into nude, vulgar stupidty), Starsky and Hutch, Dodgeball, Talledega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, The Pirates of the Carribean trilogy, The Sandlot, believe it or not Flushed Away and Wallace and Gromit:The Curse of the WereRabbit(yeah, I’m still five inside!!!)

Other interests:

college hockey, Olympic hockey(one year the goalie for the Italian Women’s Hockey Team had my last name! But, in Italy, my last name’s like “Smith” is here, so I don’t know if there’s a relation or not), softball, baking, painting, wood-working, watching TV(especially “Friends”), bowling(especially cosmic light bowling), doing anything with my friends Scott and Brent, I sang in the Christmas program at my church last year and I plan on doing it every year I can, I want to be either a drummer or a guitarist in a band, I want to play drums in my school marching band, I like to sleep!
