I love competition. Hockey, football, basketball, tennis, kick-the-can, whatever. I spend most of my free time playing sports, listening to music, doing Mormon stuff, or doing random stuff with friends. I try to bring these crazy Californians over to hockey, but they can’t keep up. I can’t help but feel sorry for them. If you start fights after games you’re probably not the kind of fan I’d get along with.

That's good
though tonight they put up less of a fight than my ailing Avs managed in game 1, what’s the Stars excuse?? They’d better get it together or I’m giving up on the Western conference for this year . . .

for the comment on my blog . . . now doubt about it, the Avs made a classy, if all too early exit from the playoffs this year. I think anyone who knows hockey respects them all the more now because of it, even if they aren’t fans.
