Really got into hockey (watching) during the 1980 Olympics. Grew up in northwestern PA and quickly became a Pens fan. Spent a career in the Army and settled in NC. Just looking for other addicts to talk hockey. I’d love to talk with anyone who’ll listen.

Music
Old/Classic Rock…you know the stuff I listened to growing up that is now popular again. I think I just said that I was old and classic. Wow, that sucks.
Books
I like History, so anything I read usually is based around that subject. I like the Jeff Shara novels.
Movies
Comedies and History. “Saving Private Ryan” and “Blackhawk Down” are a couple favorites along with most Will Farrell and Adam Sandler movies. I also like the Harry Potter movies, didn’t read the books though.
Other interests
I pretty much like spending time outdoors doing whatever. Although, like most things I don’t get to spend as much time as I’d like outdoors. I’d love to hike the Appalachain Trail one day. I enjoy visiting historical places and museums. Also, enjoy the theater on occassion. I also jumped out of airplanes for about 12 years but those days are over and my knees hurt. Oh yeah, let’s not forget the occasional beer and visits to the California wineries. And if you’re really interested in what I do or like, just ask.
