Hi, my name is David, I’m 38 and from Long Island, NY. I was an Islander fan when they won their cups in the early 80’s. I then decided my favorite team would be the Whalers when I was 13, I liked them because they weren’t a very good team, and I always wanted them to do better. Too bad they left Hartford, CT, it was a sad time for me. Didn’t really root for the Hurricanes until they were around for a few years. It was unbelievable when they won the Stanley Cup in 2006!!! It made up for a lot of heartbreak with the Whale!

Hey, man...
just checkn’ out the site and saw your Ward patch. I’ve got one of those Ward patches numbered to 50. It’s just red and white. I think I like the 3 color better. I recently picked up Opee-Chee Premier Ward Conn and Stanley Patches numbered 1/50 and 50/50. Luck of the draw that they would be listed at the same time on Ebay. I wasn’t planning on winning the 1/50, but no one uped the bid. I also was able to pick up both number marks from SPGU. Collecting tons of Mike Richards and Cam Ward cards right now. Later, man.
